hands close to the stem, pulling gently on the bars
legs pulled in, concentrate on pulling, pushing, pulling, pushing - imaginery pistons
jaw locked open
drop the gears as the summit approaches
squeeze every last drop of power out...
ARRRRRGHHHH!
still tired two days later!
